There are many reasons why back pain occurs; the majority of them are easily treated with pain killers prescribed from your doctor or through the effective use of over the counter pain killers. There are some forms of back pain however that should be treated by the doctor and tests should be made to find out the severity of the back pain and the injury.

There are many reasons and causes for back pain, some of them just being your posture. The way you sit and stand can have a huge effect on your back and the pain you may be feeling. Your chairs could be the culprit to lower back pain; if it is your chair to need to find one that supports your back better and makes your posture the way it should be but of course be comfortable as well. Standing up for long periods of time can also put massive strains on your back causing lower back pains.

Lifting and bending can also seriously affect your back and cause terrible lower back pains; lift and bend at the knees and your back should feel better in no time and you could avoid back pain altogether.

Most back pain symptoms will subside over a few days time, take gentle exercises so your back and muscles don’t become too weak and if it lasts any longer than 3 days you really need to see a doctor or a Chiropractor.
