If you’re pregnant and working; you have to be very careful indeed; take time off during the day to walk around or sit down to help your pain. Always keep your feet raised above your body when your sat or laid down if possible; all of this will help during pregnancy with the back pain.

Never take strong painkillers even if you are suffering with back pain; medicine and some forms of pain killers are extremely bad for an unborn baby. Some forms are however fine in moderation to take during pregnancy; always make sure with your midwife first.

You can have massages during pregnancy but you have to avoid using oils and other aromatherapy products as these are not always healthy to use during pregnancy; always consult your doctor or midwife before you try anything like this when pregnant. You won’t lie flat on a bed when you’re having a massage if you’re pregnant; you will have to sit up and lean against a comfy pillow or cushion. It will help you so much however; to just relax and take plenty of rest when you’re pregnant, this will in turn help your back pain.
