You may be suffering from lower back pain and be in terrible pain the majority of the time. The pain can be sharp and can feel like you’re being repeatedly stabbed; it can be sudden or prolonged and happens around the waist and the lower back. Back pain is extremely common but with persistent and careful exercising; the pain can be made better and more bearable with proper lower back pain strengthening exercises.

Lower back pains are usually caused by overstraining a muscle and jerky, sudden movements, physical activity that is too much for you, lifting and bending the wrong way, and many other reasons.

If you don’t start proper lower back strengthening exercises; the condition will get worse and may lead to other problems later on in life.
There are two particular types of back pain that need to be assessed; they are acute lower pain or chronic lower back pains. Acute pains are when it stops and starts intermittently and chronic back pain will last possibly forever or years at least.

Exercises that are specifically designed for lower back pain are there to help you condition your back and make it stronger over time and patience. As well as doing these specialized exercises; you will also need to go about other activities such as walking. Jogging or maybe swimming amongst others. Remember though to do these in moderation and always consult your doctor or Chiropractor before undertaking any form of physical activity with back pain.
