How to relieve lower back pain effectively
Muscle spasms and strains are the most common cause of lower back pain in adults across the world. Slipped disks, irregular joints and ligament strains may also be the culprits for lower back pain. A quick, sudden movement can also put your back out; such as lifting something too heavy or working and lifting. One of the fastest and simplest ways to help relieve any back pain is to lay flat with your back on the floor, put pillows or cushions under your knees and carefully bend your hips and your knees. A gentle stroll through the garden or to the shops is plenty of exercise for a bad back. While you’re walking to the shops; why not invest in some heat pads as well.
